HOW DOES RespiraCellTM
WORK?
The only active ingredient of the dietary supplement RespiraCell
is succinic acid, the salt of which, succinate, is one of the key elements of
metabolic process in the human body. Succinate from RespiraCell feeds directly
into the Krebs cycle, one of our main source of energy. It promotes such important
cell processes as oxygen consumption and energy production by acting both inside
cells (the basis of bioenergetic processes) and outside (as a regulatory messenger
stimulating the oxygen supply, the synthesis of hemoglobin, proinsulin and other
vital proteins). Succinate, found in RespiraCell, is known as a
strong antioxidant, capable of binding and inactivating free radicals (molecules that are
harmful to cells, proteins, parts of DNA and other vital parts of the body).
Succinate, as a minor component of grapes, gooseberry, rhubarb, nettle, and other herbs
used in alternative medicine, determines some essential curative properties
of these plants.
The study of substances that
control the assimilation of oxygen and production of intercellular
energy has made it possible to create a biologically
active succinic acid. The uniqueness of succinate, which is created in all living cells capable
of cellular respiration, is that it allows the Krebs
Cycle to function effectively in the state of hypoxia (lack of
oxygen). Succinate also serves these cells as both a raw material and as
a catalyst of bioenergetic processes. This is precisely why the body’s
need for succinate surpasses its ability to produce it. The extra need must
be fulfilled with the consumption of food. Unfortunately, succinic acid is
barely digested by the body on its own. A biologically active
form of succinic acid has really unique properties. It
compensates for the leaking of energy in energy transfers of the body as
well as intensifies the processes in the core of the
brain, simultaneously balancing them. As a result, it is easier to pay
attention, reflexes are quickened, and stress is reduced. Still, an
even more important effect of succinate is on the nervous system. Succinate
returns the power and mobility of nervous processes to the brain,
reducing the mental disruptions typically caused by the long term effects of stress,
namely irritation, whimpering, depression, and forgetfulness. This is why RespiraCell has
proved to be very effective for reducing such effects
in the
elderly.
